David C. Ryan
Former President, Goldman Sachs Asia
David C. Ryan has been a director of the Company since July 2021. Mr. Ryan is an Advisory Partner of BDT & MSD Partners, a merchant bank with an advisory and investment platform, and serves on the board of Mapletree Investments Pte Ltd., a Singapore-based real estate development, investment, capital and property management company. He previously served as a corporate advisor to Singapore-based Temasek Holdings, as well as on the boards of ADT Inc. and Tiga Acquisition Corp. Mr. Ryan’s 22-year career at Goldman Sachs & Co., where he was a partner, spanned a variety of roles in Asia and the United States. From 2011 to 2013, he served as President of Goldman Sachs Asia (chairing its management committee) and was a member of the Management Committee of Goldman Sachs & Co. Mr. Ryan holds a B.A. from Yale University.
